About Our Company
JEM operates as a private company, developed to respond to the growing need of disability agencies to develop new management and operational systems to support their funding applications, existing contractual requirements and to meet their organizational or strategic plans.
Often there is limited resources available within the agency to meet these new challenges. JEM was established to provide short term consultancy and support to the industry on a user pays basis. JEM is able to quickly respond to your immediate and short term needs to resolve your agency’s administration, training, and managerial resource shortfalls.
The advantage to your business, in using JEM, is that you will be able to quickly meet your needs without the lengthy process of recruitment, and training, the difficulty in finding expert staff and the difficulty in making an on-going financial commitment to employing a staff member when the need has been met.
Our Experience
JEM is managed by Alexei Porter, who has over 16 years of experience managing disability service programs (utilizing both State and Federal funding) and has a BA Science (Psychology) and Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Psychology. Whilst running a DEN (Disability Employment Network) for a large multidisciplinary agency for 12 years she had direct experience managing the operations of the service including:
